I am amazed that so many people, some of whom I happen to know are
highly intelligent, have wasted time sparring with a drooling idiot
like this Aaron person about why we use Excel. Excel has conquered the
world, period. Obviously Aaron doesn't understand it and feels left
out. Well, boo-hoo. As to the row and column limitations, I've
written programs with very little effort that easily overcome these
limitations with multiple worksheet database solutions. If someone has
nothing to contribute but gripes and whining, they should stay out of
the forum and not broadcast their inadequacies.

Some people enjoy sparring for their own amusement. Even highly
intelligent people need pastimes...

If someone has nothing to contribute but gripes and whining, they
should stay out of the forum and not broadcast their inadequacies.

Or one could do like I do and killfile obnoxious posters and their
threads. That way one never sees the gripes and whining, and those that
enjoy sparring are free to pursue their amusement.

doesn't develop high blood pressure from feeding the troll.

Hopefully the opposite. Discussing Excel with Aaron is the virtual
equivalent to throwings sticks for the dog to fetch. Pure meaningless
relaxation.
