Why Don't New Posts Appear Sometimes

I keep trying to post questions but often they never appear. Can someone
please tell me why? I write detailed questions and it's all wasted time
because they don't appear - I have already tried twice to post this question
about why they don't always appear.

Your posts appear, Nick as well as responses. Either your view settings are
incorrect or the server through which you access these groups is not
refreshing.

In Outlook Express, go to View, Current View and select Show replies to my
messages and you should see your messages and then replies. If you don't,
there may be an issue with your server.
