Why Doesn't XIRR work?

I am trying to use the function XIRR and it won't work; I get #NAME? as my
result. It doesn't appear that XIRR is in my excel program. I have Office
XP. What
can I do to get XIRR in my program?

Try Tools, Add-ins, Check Analysis tool pack. That should do it.

Look at HELP for XIRR. It explains exactly the cause of this error message and
how to fix it.
