Why doesn't the message scrollbar work?

Hello everyone

I hope this hasn't been asked before as I cannot find it in your forums.

Why doesn't the scrollbar work properly in the message list? (eg, Inbox)
I'm using Outlook 2003 (not through personal choice, I have to admit (Prefer
Hotmail as it doesn't store the messages on your pc) but when you grab the
scrollbar & move it the message list doesn't scroll until after you let go of
the scrollbar button.

It works fine if you click the arrows or use the arrow keys, but this is
incredibly tedious as you have to click up to 100 times to get through one
week of messages. (Im in Admin I get a LOT of messages)
Shouldn't it allow you to scroll through normally?

Is this a design flaw or just something I've missed hidden in the settings?

It does.

That's not "not working" to me. That's "working differently". However much
it's unexpected, it's normal.
