Why does Outlook look like Outlook Express? I am using Office 200.

MS Office 2000, Outlook appears like Outlook express, dropdown menus do not
have same choices as Outlook, etc. As if Outlook express replaced Outlook.
All updates have been done, Both to XP and Office.

The similarity in appearance is probably by design.
