Also, check to see if you have the pdfmaker add-in installed in both Word
and Outlook. If using the full Acrobat 6 or 7 (not just the free reader) go
into Control Panel->Add Remove programs and highligh Adobe Acrobat. Select
the option to change and remove the pdfmaker add-in for both Outlook and
Word.
