Why does Microsoft Office Outlook disconnect me from the internet?

I have a 64 Kbps ISDN internet connection. Sometimes (not always) I am
disconnected from the internet when I open Outlook or send e-mails. I have
done all necessary Microsoft Windows and Office 2003 updates. Sometimes
during the night my computer also restarts and then the internet connection
is also gone. What can the problem be?

In the Connections tab of Internet Email settings ... what connection are
you using?

Connect using my phone line

In the Connections tab of Internet Email settings ... what connection are
you using?

Try setting it to use a LAN connection.
