why does enter network password keep appearing on my screen

I have tried to change my default email from outlook express to outlook but
the message box "enter network password" keeps appearing every 5 minutes on
my screen.
How do i stop this happening?

What version of Outlook and what type of account(s) are listed in your mail
profile?

The Outlook is listed as 2003. I don't know what type of mail account it is,
how do i find that? i do not pay for outlook, could that be the problem?

You created the account, didn't you? Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next and
read the type of account there.

How did you get it if you didn't purchase a license?
