Why do TOC Hyperlinks not work when a subdocument is readonly?

Hello,

I have a master document which I use to insert subdocuments.

All the subdocuments I have are set on readonly, except ofcourse for the
master document.

Now the problem is when I create the TOC. The TOC that is created looks
perfect, but the hyperlinks to the headings in the subdocuments are not
working.
When I import a subdocument that is not set to read only and then create the
TOC, the hyperlink to the heading of that subdocument is working.

Is there a way to get readonly subdocuments headings aswell created as a
hyperlink in my TOC. For the way I want to use this, the subdocuments must
remain read-only.

Any ideas how the get this right. I can't find it anywhere in the help.

With kind regards,

Ronald.
