Why do the labels in word NOT correspond to theAvery label number

When I attempt to print a label: I want to use Avery # 5162. Word presents
this as a three column label. it isn't: it is a 2 column 7 row label.
I want to use Avery label # 8920, it isn't even listed. What is wrong???

You may have already done this, but go to tools, then Letters and Mailings,
then Envelopes and Labels. This will pop up a screen. Be sure to click on the
"Labels" tab at the top. Click the Options button. This will take you to
another screen. Make sure you have "Avery Standard" selected for your Label
products. Then scroll down until you find the correct number that you are
looking for. Click "OK" then click "New Document" This will pop up a new
document with your labels, and you should be cooking. I just tried it and
both numbers that you were looking for were available. Good Luck!

Make sure that you have selected "Page Printers" and not "Continuous Feed".
All the Avery label options are there if you select "Page Printers".
