Care to be less vague and include details like your Outlook version, you
account type, what you mean by "script" and little things like that?

I am using microsoft office 2003. The person sending the email is trying to
forward me an attachment usually a power point for example. The sender is
also sending the same email to other people using the Bcc function. They
receive the email perfectly fine with the attchment in place. For me the
attachment does not come through but I get pages of text - letters and some
numeric characters in the body of the email. There can be as much as 10 pages
of this text.
I have been advised to look at my security settings, or to check what format
I am recieving emails in HTML or text format. Any other suggestions.

Where do you get the idea of "script" from that?

Outlook 2003 on Vista can have this problem. I've told microsoft about it
and they'd like screenshots of the problem and they'd also like to know if
you're using Word as the mail editor/reader. Send that information to me at
the address I've used to post this message and I'll forward it to Microsoft.
