I am unable to get my email to work properly through my outlook program. I
can recieve my email from my netzero email on the web, but cannot send. It
keeps coming back with this error code: 0X800CC0F the connection to the
sever was interrupted

When you say netzero... is that Juno too.
if so, I just resolved this issue with my Juno provider. It was not easy,
since the Juno Tech Support are pretty dumb people. As worthless as they
are, I finally got mine to work.

Are you using Outlook or Outlook Express?
This makes a difference!

Do you have Net Zero Premium? From the Net Zero web site: "After June 1,
2004, if you are NetZero Free member and you wish to use a dedicated email
program such as Outlook Express to send and receive your NetZero email, you
will need to upgrade to one of our premium services." If you do have premium,
visit the site for instructions for setting up Outlook.

I think netzero and juno are one and the same. I am having a hell of a time
with this. I've followed all the instrructions very carefully and still can't
quite get it right

Start with this trick. Juno's outgoing server can be tricky. They tell you
to use smtp.Juno.com for the outgoing but if it is not working... try this
instead.

authsmtp.Juno.com

If you still cannot send mail out, then click on "More Settings".
Then click the Outgoing Server Tab

From there, put a check in the box that says "My outgoing server (smtp)
requires authentication.

Now try to send mail again. If this still does not work, go back to the
same tab that you were just on. Select the second option that says "Log on
Using". When you do that, put your full email and password in the two areas
where it is asking for User Name and Password. Go ahead and check the box
that says "Remember password"

Then try to send mail again. It is important to do this in the 3-tiny steps
rather than just inputting all the information at one time.

Let me know

You never replied if my suggestions have worked.
Even though you should be on a PAID plan after Dec. 1, in most cases....
your NetZero/Juno may not of been turn off yet. They are just trying to see
how many people will pay for the service. The suggestions that I sent you
earlier may still work. Let us know.
