Why can't I see this image though others can?

The image in question is just under the words "link banner" near the top of
this page, a page that I webmaster.

The problem is that the image will not show in Opera 9.27 and IE7 even
though others with those browsers (as well as Firefox) can see it just fine.

But it simply will not show for me, not as an embedded image or by viewing
it directly. I've tried hosting it on Furtopia, Photobucket and FurNation,
creating a new image from scratch, creating a new image by taking a
screenshot of it showing in something that views it off my HD, nothing works.

That doesn't make sense to me at all. What could possibly cause me to not be
able to see it with the same browsers that others can see it with even though
other jpg's can be seen just fine?

I have since found that it was AdMuncher blocking it because "banner" was in
the filename, but thanx anyway for your reply *wags tail*

This could be a software issue. Norton use to sell a anti-spam product that
eliminated banners on all web pages.
