Why can't I open "my picture" folder

I just noticed that there are several picture folders that have JPEG files.
but when I click on the top ICON - FOLDERS, on the left hand side, it said
"Music Tasks" instead of "Picture Tasks" , so I am not able to see the slide
show at all. Of course, the computer is looking for music files instead of
picture files.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Right click on the folder.
Click on Properties.
Click on the Customize tab.
Under what kind of folder do you want, scroll to Album or Pictures.
