Why are my replies defaulting to the wrong address?

My friend has decided to use another e-mail address to send me e-mails. Both
addresses are for his business, one is a business account and the other is a
personal account. When he sends me an e-mail from his personal address I
will hit "reply" and his business address comes up in the "To" line. Why
won't Outlook reply to the correct address?

Also, when I right click on his e-mail in my inbox and select options, the
"internet headers" section will show that the e-mail was sent to my address
from his address and that my reply will be sent to his old address.

Have him double check his "reply to" settings in his own email account.
