Why am I getting errors when I hit the Outlook Today button? Outl.

I am getting several eroor messages when I hit the Outlook today button or
the customize Outlook today. They are as follows:

"A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to debug?
Line 92
Error: class not registered"


"A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to debug?
Line 46
Error: class not registered"

"A runtime error has occured. Do you wish to debug?
Line 297
Error: class not registered"

Any solutions?

If you right click on the root of your folders (Outlook Today) in the navigation pane, select Properties and then the reset defaults button on the Home Page tab, does it help?

This did not help. I did a search and found this possible solution but it
doesn't solve the problem. I apologize for not stating that I had trien this
option. Any more Ideas?

I have been having the same problem on my laptop. (a new Dell
Precision)

I have Windows XP SP2 with most of the subsequent updates applied
(there are a few I have chosen not to install because they will affect
work apps.) I have Office 2007 Ultimate VLK. All of my software is
legal.

After spending hours browsing blogs, KBs and websites I have yet to
fix this issue. So, I formatted my PC yesterday. Installed Windows XP
sp2, installed all of the updates, Installed Office, installed
updates. Downloaded Active sync 4.5 (newest version). Configured
outlook and active sync. Then tried to open outlook.

I am getting the same script errors from the previous posts when I run
Outlook. I have tried both disabling and uninstalling the Symantec
corporate Antivirus. That did not fix the issue. I have ran the repair
tool for both Outlook 2007 and Active sync. I have the windows
firewall disabled. I have installed Active sync 4.1,.2 and 4.5. All
have the same issue.

The reason I am bringing up the ActiveSync is because it is failing
and there are several Microsoft KB docs that allude to scripts being
blocked.

I believe that the failure of active sync is directly related to
whatever is failing the scripts on outlook. I will say, my outlook was
failing scripts before I ever installed the Active sync.

I am now in a tough situation because I depend on my PDA for my
contacts. I even hard reset my PDA/ phone and reset it up!

Active Sync gives me an error 85010014. I have been to Microsoft's web
site and tried all of the recommendations for this issue.

I am stuck with you and do not know what to do.
