acf, I can't find the answer. I've checked at the binary site, no luck.
So...

Is it possible to download the PL 2005 CD? If so, how and where?

I downloaded it with BT using this client:

I've already uploaded 370%+ and I will keep it seeding indefinitely. I
forget what url the torrent is available from (I don't know how to get that
from my client). Perhaps someone would repost it?
