Who to use for Frontpage Webhosting

I am currently building a Frontpage Website. Who is the best to use to host
my site that works well with Frontpage?

I have used Webhost4life (http://www.webhost4life.com) for 4 years
without problems. Avoid GoDaddy if you intend to use FrontPage
extensions (lots of reports in these newsgroups regarding their lack of
support).
Search this group for other recommendations. Users experiences with
hosts vary, sometimes to extremes.

Obviously you need to consider more than just the use of FP and note
that it remains to be seen if FP extensions are going to be supported
as they have not been significantly updated since 2002 and the current
version is EOL.In fact the current version of the extensions does not
support Apache 2.x which is generally used on all *nix servers. If I
were looking at using FP extensions into 2009 then I'd definitely look
at a Windows server solution though that's no guarantee either.

FrontPage 2002 Extensions on Windows 2003 Servers have the same life and
support as Windows 2003 (supported fully 2 years after Windows 2008 goes
gold, and extended support for 5 years after that). FrontPage
extensions are available for IIS7 - used by Windows 2008 Server and
Vista (when IIS is available)

As stated, extensions on all other platforms are now End of Life and
unsupported (by Microsoft).

I have used 1and1 for 4 years or so, and had very good results. I
have over 150 sites hosted with them.
