Who entered appt. or task?

In Outlook XP (2002), if more than one person has rights to John Doe's
Calendar and Tasks Folders, is there a way to determine which users
entered which appointments and tasks in those folders?

I see that there are fields that could be activated which might record
that information. But in our standard setup, those fields don't
appear. The "modified" field will show the date a task was last
modified, e.g., but "last author" and "requested by" always come up
blank. And the "author" field always shows the owner of the folder,
not the person who entered the item.

Also, I noticed that on my own calendar there is a "from" field but I
cannot find that field in my user's calendar, including the
"frequently used fields," "all appointment fields," or "all task
fields." Does anyone know what's up with that?

Thanks for any info or ideas.

add the organizer field to the view - that will show who its from. if you
can't find that field, add the from field from mail. It's the very same
field with a different name.

I know the "from" field works for sure so I'll suggest that to my
user. Thanks!
