White Space between EMAIL and Signature

Hi,

I have a user who is using Outlook 2003 on MS Win XP Pro.

When he composes a new email from his PC, he gets a lot of white
space between the "email" and signature.

However, from another PC, this doesnt occur.

How do I go about and fix this?

He probably created his signature in Word. Depending on his settings and how
he created the signature, this could create double line spaces between the
lines each time he pressed ENTER. Easiest fix would be to edit the signature
and use SHIFT+ENTER for each line break that he needs in his signature.

Is he using a different message format between PCs? Is he using stationery on
one and not on the other? What configuration differences are there between
the Outlook instances? Is he using the same e-mail editor on each?
