I had a virus, "exploit-byte" got rid of it but jargon telling me to download
anti-spyware remained on blue screen. In the process of trying to get rid of
it I have a white screen I cannot get rid of. I have tried under appearances
etc. NOTHING HELP P. s Desktop Icons are still there but on a white screen
