White bar across text of one slide on one printer

I'm trying to figure out if there is a reason why a white bar would print
across the title text on one slide on a particular printer. I believe it was
printed in grayscale and the slide does have some opague shapes but nothing
behind the affected text. I have no idea what to tell them as a couple people
in our office can print this slide with no problem. Any suggestions? Not
sure what version of PPoint they are using or their printer variables since
it's a clients attorney office and I'd like to know what might be causing it
or what questions to ask before I ask them a bunch of questions to
troubleshoot. Thanks for any advice!!!

If you go to view > color greyscale>greyscale you may be able to spot it.
Maybe try right clicking on the slide in this view and then swapping the
greyscale settings.

I tried this and there is nothing on the slide that would make a white bar
print, and it's just on one printer, which makes me think it might be a
printer or printer driver issue. I don't know if they have had any similar
problems.

I'm not sure if anyone in the group has had any similar problems or know why
this would happen. But thanks for the tip on changing the view, that is good
to know to quickly check and see how the slides will print :)

What are the dimensions of this bar?

Are there gradients behind it?

Does it persist if you change fonts?
