I can't have both even though I have disabled NOD32 from starting
through MSCONFIG. AOL AVS will not install without completely
uninstalling NOD32.

No program should uninstall another. That is enough reason not to use
AOL's utility. IMO it's enough reason to dump AOL entirely, but that's
up to you.
