Dear ALL,

in order to spread win 2003 domain's machines over remote locations, what
are tcp / udp ports and protocols I have to grant access over firewall , so
that domain / active directory can run properly?

Check out the port definitions I have defined in the link below. It can get
a little tricky when you start dealing with the rcp high ports and locking
them down to specific ports. The document details nt4 v 2003 trust but the
port and rpc info is what you want.

http://pbbergs.dynu.com/windows/articles.htm then select NT4 v AD Trust

Look for the section Configuring Domain Controller Ports and stop at the NT4
ports. You will want the registry frs info as well. I'm going to set up a
seperate web page using this info but just haven't had the time yet.

It will also give some info on troubleshooting with PortQryUI
