where to buy a laptop without paying for windows?

hi,
i want to buy a laptop, but i don't want to pay for another license for
windows, because i already have msdn licenses. they all seem to ship with
windows already installed which adds ~ 100 bucks to the total cost.
does anyone know of good online retailers that sell laptops without O.S.'s?
preferably that ship to ireland also. i could go the barebones route if it
wasn't any more difficult than building a PC, but so far i haven't found any
decent barebones suppliers. i'm looking for a neat / slim unit, preferably
a small screen size 12inch or so, not necessary to have floppy or dvd
drives.

I had that question last summer, already having a copy of XP Pro. Sager sold
us a nice notebook that has been working nicely without an OS and knocked
$75 off the price.
