where is the archive folder???

Having set up auto-archive I expected to see an "archive folder" in my folder
list....but it isn't there. Can anybody explain this please?? Also when I try
to open the archive.pst file in Word I get a message telling me that Word
cannot open a file greater than 32Mb - how can I open this archive file?

Open it with Outlook. File - Open - Outlook Data File.

Check your Archive options/properties to identify both path & name of the
archive file. Ensure you are opening the correct archive, and that you have
'expanded' (+) the archive and that you dont have a custom view set. eg last
7 days

Also make sure that mail was actually archived. Search your normal pst for
messages that shouldn't be there anymore.
