Where is template for memorandums?

Please help. I can't find the template for memorandums no matter what tab I
click.

Also, can anyone recommend an easy-to-read and understand text for Office
2007? It should have lots of clear illustrations and it ideally is
spiral-bound. Thank you.

Click the Office button, and then click New. In the New Document dialog box,
click the Memos category.
