Where is my Email

I am trying to locate an email sent by a specific user. In advanced search I
find the Email in question, but it says it is in the location of Jobs. Now
this user has a very large tree for where he files his mail, and the location
of Jobs could be anything from 2 to 7 layers deep.

How can I get a full path to the Email?

Which version of Outlook is this?
Would an alternative to the full path to be to move the message to a folder
you know the location of? You can open the message then apply "move to
folder". Note that this command isn't shown in Outlook 2007 but can be added
to the QAT or you can just right-click on the message in Advanced Find and
choose "Move to folder" or even drag and drop it from Advanced Find to
another folder.

This machine is using 2000, but although your solution will work, it then
leaves the user with Emails of the same nature in more that one location on
their system.
