Where do I get a dvd video case template?

I am doing the labels for a dvd case and I don't know where to find the
template for the dvd video case.

I have a lot of templates but for cd cases.

This is an ACCESS newsgroup. We help build databases in Microsoft Access.
I would guess you would want to build this in MS Word, not MS Access.

Try searching on microsoft.com and look for "templates".
