Where can I get ACCRT and setupacc.exe?

Where can I get copies of directory ACCRT (MS Access RunTime) and
setupacc.exe? I've purchased licenses to Office 2003 Pro and Access 2003
Developer Extensions, but I still can't find that directory and file.

The folder is created when you install the
Runtime on a target machine, if it doesn't
already have Office Pro installed.

The files come from your normal Access installation
(c:\program files\microsoft office ....)

The folder name is defined by the installation
package you create, either from the installation
tools you got with ADE, or with the third party
installation tools you bought so that you wouldn't
have to use the Microsoft tools.
