Where can I find the Office Menu in Excel?

I am trying to install PhStat on excel for statistics. I was modifying the
security settings as it is required and I have to locate the Office Menu, and
then click on Excel options. But I cannot seem to find it.
These are the exact instructions:

"Click the Office Button, and then click Excel Options in the Office menu.
In the Excel Options dialog box that appears, click Trust Center and then in
the Trust Center panel, click Trust Center Settings. "

Does anyone know?

Those instructions apply to Excel 2007. Excel 2003 and earlier do not
have an Office Button. If you have Excel 2007, then the Office Button
is the big round thing at the upper left corner of the Excel window.
