Where can I find list of "must have" components ?

Hi,

Where can I find list of "must have" components ?
I want to build Minimal Image, without gui, shell or something like that.
I just need network support and ability to get IP from my dhcp server.
There is about 10000 components in my "Component Database Server" and I
don't know exactly which components is
necessary for my PC to rum.

For example, I know that I must have "ACPI uniprocessor" component, IDE
channel support etc. and I search for list of the rest
necessary components.

Unfortunately, there is no such list available. Only Windows OS knowledge, common sense, Google and testing may help you with
figuring out what you should leave in your image.
