where can I DL hotfix...

I need the hotfix described in the knowledgebase article
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=834005. I cannot find it anywhere at the
website and the article gives no clue as to where it is. It tells me to
contact MS. I can do this if I can just find the file to DL. Does anyone know
where this is???

They don't want all users downloading the fix since it could cause more
problems than it solves. Only those users afflicted with the described
problem are allowed to get the hotfix. You call them up, you qualify to
them that the fix really applies to you, and they give or e-mail you a link
to where they have the file that you download. If your call shows that the
hotfix really applies to you then you don't get charged for the call;
otherwise, you have wasted their time and they'll charge you for the support
call. So make sure the fix really is applicable to you.
