Where are these newsgroups going?

I rec'd notice that MSN is shutting down their newsgroups in Feb. Where are
these newsgroups going?

I hope all the great help here will be available somewhere else.

I think you have mistaken the groups.
It did not refer to these Microsoft newsgroups, but MSN (community) groups.
They are entirely different. See this announcement:

That's good because I too would hate to see the usenet part go down!
