Where are the printer drivers located in Windos Vista?

I am trying to use a printer that is networked on a windows XP computer. I
have installed it on the windows vista computer directly and it works. Every
time I try to set up the printer I receive the error message that the server
for that printer doesn't have the right driver installed and it asks me to
point it to a correct driver.

This can be a problem with certain models of printers. Usually, the issue
is that the driver's name is not EXACTLY the same in XP as it is in Vista.

If the driver names are not exactly the same, you can usually work around
this using the technique at
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/NetPrinterNoPP.htm. The instructions there
are written for XP; the dialogs are a bit different in Vista, but the
technique is the same.

Note that the driver name "xyz PCL6" is NOT identical to "xyz PCL 6"; the
second one may look the same, but there is a space between "PCL" and "6" in
the second but not the first.
