hi,
there is a problem with outlook and user is unable to open it. but user
set the inbox in such a way that whenever a mail comes from the specified
user it is automatically downloaded to pst folder. now as outlook is not
accessable and mail is downloaded to pst folder which is stored at some
location in harddisk, iuser can retrieve that from that pst folder. how to
know that wher is this pst folder is stored and how to access it.

I am not sure what you are talking about. Here are some
questions/assumptions:

Do you use Exchange server?
If so, does this user connect directly to the Exchange mailbox, and also
load a PST file in his/her profile? And then uses a rule to move specific
inbound messages to the PST file?

When you say "outlook is not accessible", what does that mean? If I am
correct and you do use Exchange, do you mean you cannot access the mailbox?

If you are not using Exchange, and mean instead that you cannot find the PST
file that contains this user's data, have you searched the hard drive for
*.pst (including hidden/system folders)?

Please, when you post in here, provide as much detail as possible.
Version/mode/service pack level of Outlook. Type of e-mail account(s). Error
messages. Operating system version.

Also, your post was hard to read because you didn't break it up into many
sentences & paragraphs - it may help you to get more assistance if you write
in good clear English with proper punctuation & capitalization. I understand
that English may not be your first language, but you will always get more
help if you post messages clearly. :)
