When will the Windows Defender Final Version be available?

When will the Windows Defender Final Version be available? Will it still be
free?

I have a few suggestions before it is released:
The icon in the system tray should have more buttons like below:

Open Windows Defender
Run Scan --> Quick
Full
Custom
Real-time Protection (Enabled) --> Enable
Disable

No announcement has been made about when the final version will be
available.
