No, you are confusing Paul Thurrotts speculated release for IE 7 for XP SP2.
Microsoft AntiSpyware is still a work in progress and its still too early to
determine a final release date, there is also a beta 2 expected before the
year is out. Once beta 2 is in our hands, it will be much easier to
determine a release date.
