When using Themes in Office Outlook can you use it for email repli

I assume by theme colours you are talking about Font colours - if not can you

Outlook 2007's themes do more than font colors - font family, hyperlink
colors, backgrounds etc.

your email client it automatically formats new emails with the theme.
Can it also do the same for replies and a email message you want to
forward? This does not seem to happen and I cant seem to find anyway
to make it do so.
