WHEN SENDING NEW MAIL I GET A GREY BOX ABOVE MY SIGNATURE

When I send a message via outlook office, a grey box appears above my
signature. Signature is a HTML signature. If I take the signature to another
machine the box does not appear???

I have also recreated the signature but the box still appears.

Anyhelp much appreciated

To fix the Grey square in Outlook 2003:
1. Go to Tools Menu
2. Select Options
3. Select Mail Format Tab
4. Tick "Use Word 2003 as the email editor for HTML emails" and also tick "Use Word 2003 as the email editor for Rich Text emails"
5. Close any previously opened new emails and then open a New Email the Grey Square will no longer be present.
