Everytime I open outlook 2003, it looks for ghost .pst files so i have to
wait and close several attempts to look for old psts i have imported that
have been replaced.

how do i get rid of this problem so it just finds the most recent one?

Use the Mail applet in Control Panel to remove from the mail profile those
PSTs you don't want. It sounds like you've damaged your profile by
importing PSTs. Never do that.

Thank you for the response. But the only I know to update my Outlook between
computers is to save the calendar or email file as a .pst and then import
into the other computer's Outlook. What am i doing wrong?
