When I try to add a new Contact-The warning says-not implemented"

Every Time I try to add a new contact-it will not allow me to save it--I get
a warning--Not Implemented.

You must provide at least some information. State how you configured your
Outlook profile (include transports and data file) and whether it ever
worked. Clarify your version. State the steps you are using and the exact
error message.
