When I try install PFBACKUP, it says its already installed, howeve

Outlook 2000 with SP2 and 2002 with SP4 running on XP Pro SP1

When I run PFBACKUP.EXE from the command line, it says "Windows cannot find
pfbackup.exe"

When attempting to install the prog, it prompts me to uninstall the previous
version first.

But when I attempt this, Windows can't find anything to uninstall!

I'd rather use pfbackup instead of import/export for pst files
