when I send/receive I get error 0x80042108

when i try send/receive I get error 0x80042108
Sometime it is solved by restrating the computer, but that happens again
after a day or less.
Sometime I get into Tools and retype my e-mail account setting. that also
solves the problem only temporarily.
what should I do?
should I install the outllok again?
