When I resize Windows Explorer how can I make it stick?

I'm sick of having to resize Windows Explorer every time I open it.
How can I resize it and make it stick to that size every time I open?

Thanks

Right click on the link, select Properties, Chose 'Run Maximum'

All I have ever done is run the Cursor to the edges of the small Window, left
click, hold and drag it to the desired size. Then close it.

Next time you open it, it should still be that size.

Same here, but I have had a problem or two where it would not be
persistent with just resizing one one computer or the other. In that
case after resizing the window just hold down control + shift, choose
close from the file menu and only the file menu, while holding the
buttons down. See if that works for you.. It should.

G'day
