When I press CTRL+ALT+DEL, just Task Manager comes up??!!

I have a Windows XP computer configured in workgroup. When I press
CTRL+ALT+DEL, Task Manager comes up instead off the Windows XP Security
dialog which gives option buttons like Lock Workstation, Log Off, Task
Manager, Lock Workstation, etc...

Correct. That's the way it's designed to work. Did you have a
question?

He wants it to work the way that mine does where it gives you several
choices including the task manager. I assume that there is a setting
for this but don't remember which one it is.

Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 On the Advanced tab, you'll
find this option.
