When a node fails and system needs to redirect

Anyone direct me on how an ISP might employ DHCP to assign web services to
cloned systems behind a NAT / Firewall ?

Web servers, have multi websites, each has its own IP address ( one LAN
interface) but if something was to fail in that server to be able to redirect
a website to a clone server until problem is corrected

Thanks,

I would suspect that clustering, rather than cloning, would serve your needs
better.
