I like Linux but its not perfect. I have found some viruses in Linux browsers. And ya wont find them the easyway. Unplug the hard drive plug it in a windows PC with antivirus that will read linux partitions.

Even in a very well known book about windows XP it is said something like (perhaps a misquote) "who needs control of outgoing traffic?"

To me it is kind'a ridiculous... first time ever I applied a firewall was for stopping humongous outgoing traffic.

I'm protecting my computer via:

AVG antivirus
ZA Pro

For additional puprposes there're: AdAwareSE 1.06 and CCleaner, sometimes HijackThis.
