what the hell is this?

Was looking at msconfig to trim away a few startup files,
using the excellent http://www.sysinfo.org list of startup
files with descriptions. However one file is running, that
is not in this list, c:\windows\system32\qnstjszt.exe. No
hits on google either. Anyone have any idea what this is?

I searched with Yahoo! and MSN Search, and got no
results. Used the Search feature in my Win WP Home OS,
and got no results other than Temporary Internet Files
instances and Yahoo and MSN Search. Seems as if it's
cleanup time. It must be malware.

Yep, there it is, top of the list in ad-aware, malware of
some description, didn't think of that before posting. Doh!
To anyone reading this that doesn't already have ad-
aware/spybot etc., they are a essential downloads.
