what the hell does this mean

i got this email claiming to be from microsoft and a text file was attched
to it could someone please translate this.

/opt/MailScanner/var/quarantine/20031126 (message hAQJM1k0018715).

Looks to me like the South American version of the hundreds of
hoax/malicious "Microsoft" messages going the rounds. Personally. I'd nuke
it!

Delete it. The attachment is a virus trying to propagate itself. Microsoft
never sends emails with attachments.
